5 Star Plumbing Service
An exterior wall spigot cause a flood in our living room. Cathy, the administrator at Baethke responded immediately to coordinate the repair. We appreciated her thoughtful professionalism, and Yuriy did a great job diagnosing the source which minimized cost & damage to our home. He was especially meticulous, detail oriented and thorough.
Hot water leak
Cristian and Isak were fantastic to work with. We had a slow water leak from our hot water heater (unbeknownst to us) and they were able to quickly identify the source of the water in our tile/carpet. They sprang right into action and were able to source a new hot water heater and get it installed in the same day. Wonderful people to work with and highly skilled at their jobs. Would recommend and plan to use for future plumbing needs.

From the first call i made to Baethke Plumbing to to Plumbing Technician, Christopher’s excellent & knowledgeable service rodding my bathtub drain, to say I was satisfied would be an understatement. Cathi’s follow up calls & texts were invaluable; verifying dates & times. So @ the administrative level, Baethke Plumbing service is “high end.” I mean this in the most positive way. Likewise when Christopher came to do the job, he was friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. He explained the different service and price levels. He wore a mask, plastic shoe covers & cleaned up after he was finished. Basically, I feel like I’ve established a professional relationship with Baethke & Sons Plumbing. And that is important. Excellent Service
This was the first time we've used Baethke and we were very pleased with the service. The 2 techs, Cristian and Billy were great! They found the source of our leak and made recommendations on how to move forward to fix the problem. They were responsive, neat and very communicative.
