Continued great work!
We continue to have great experiences with John Baethke Plumbing. Most recently we had a surprise issue with our sewer. We sent a fairly late text to Ron who has taken care of us in the past and he responded right away with some inquiries and suggestions to make sure the problem didn’t get worse. With that in mind, we didn’t have to do emergency service that night and were able to get him out the next day. As always, he was professional in his evaluation, explained a few different options and worked through the issue quickly and was able to address to problem in short order. Baethke is highly recommended in our book.

Service Beyond My Imagination
My water heater died at my new condo. I call Baethke out to check the system - they confirmed it needed to be replaced and gave me options. I had a bit of sticker shock, so the amazing technician Christopher Ramirez-Taylor took it upon himself to call the manufacturer, determined it was under warranty still and then arranged to swap it out. He was on the phone for a long time -- it went way above and beyond the service I expected. Two days later they picked up the old heater only to find the source would not exchange it -- chris jumped back on the phone with the manufacturer and figured out a new source. Installed and happy. The level of service was BEYOND me expectations and all done with out my asking. Thank you Chris and Baethke & Sons.
