I ordered an annual draining of the water. That went well and right. The reason for the review is that I got so much more in experience. Christian Flores was a wonderful technician. They took the time to listen to issues I was having and responded with taliored solutions. They offered additional improvements, that unlike other competitors, was not an upsell. A pleasure to have in my home and working on my pipes. When I need Baethke in the future, I will request Christian.

The office called me within the first hour of the time window to tell me the Ron was about a half-hour away. He arrived and remembered me from a prior call. My toilet was giving me trouble. He explained the options and i made a decision on what i wanted. I’ll definitely call them again!

Excellent Plumbing work
Yuriy arrived promptly at the designated time. We talked about the work to be scheduled to be done. I enquired about some extra problems that he checked out and agreed needed some fix up. Gave me a quote which we agreed upon. He went to work on a variety of problems and did an excellent job with all the repipe and valve fixes. Cleaned up nicely. These are the people who will do all my plumbing work in the future. I can highly recommend John Baethke & Sons Plumbing Inc.
