Tankless water heater and basement shutoffs
Ron and team did a fantastic job of replacing and adding several water shutoffs, replacing and updating my gas lines, and adding a tankless water heater. It was a lot of work over the week. The fit and finish is top notch and looks really impressive.
Professional, Thorough, and Informative
Great job by Josh and Danny hydrojetting our water line out to the sewer. It was a challenge due to overgrown roots, but these guys stuck with it until the job was complete. They provided helpful information all along the way about the nature of the problem and, more importantly, how to prevent it going forward. Josh was especially helpful as he completed a full house inspection. I trust the team at Baethke Plumbing!

Another good plumber experience
Today Dan came to check the kitchen plumbing at the request of my condo's management. A leak at the refrigerator did damage to the ceiling of my downstairs neighbor. I knew the valve controlling water to the ice maker was closed and it was condensation causing the problem. Dan confirmed it and his report should satisfy the management.

I noticed our ceiling in the basement had a water stain. We thought it was an older condensation leakk, but it had grown considerably in size since the last few times I checked. I called and was able to get emergency service. Ron was respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. He performed a difficult repair - cleaning up a low quality installation by a previous plumber. He also solved a mystery that 3 previous plumbers could not answer. I would highly recommend Ron and Baethke.
