New Faucet Gliche
Do to a drip from our new bathtub faucet we needed to have Baethke revisit our home! Josh came out quickly as scheduling would allow and repaired problem which had nothing to do with their installation but had to do with workings inside faucet. Once again Josh was wonderful, efficient, and expedient!

Unforeseen
On a busy Saturday morning suddenly my kitchen drain started backing up and wouldn’t drain. Baethke was able to fit us into their set schedule for that evening. Ron Page explained the problem, what he was going to do, and different options for price and work. He was very informed and answered so many of my questions. He cleared our drain and gave me tips to help keep it working as it should. He worked quickly and made sure to wrap his equipment as not to damage or soil our home. He was great!
