Josh and Chazz were excellent to have working at my house! They had to clear an old sump as well as an extensive overhauling of my back water valve (flood control) Over the three days working they were punctual and professional. They took the time to check in when needed and did a great job of explaining everything along the way. I am thrilled with the service I received, will gladly be returning with my business, and will happily refer anyway looking for a plumber your way.
Hot Water Happiness
Yuriy, was certainly the technician for this job. He assessed everything before starting, by discussing the problems with me. I had no hot water and very little watet pressure.Yuriy immediately thought the filter needed to be cleaned, since the building water supply had been shut off numerous times for plumbing repairs. I explained I had 3 previous companies look at my electric tankless water heater, with no solutions. One of the suggestions was to have an electrician try to solve the problem. Yuriy cleaned the filter, suggested it be done at least once a year. I now have hot water and normal water pressure. I will definitely call John Baethke & Son for a couple of future projects and thank you Yuriy!

Mark Smith came out today and helped solve two huge headaches for me at once! He not only helped replace my outdoor water faucet but also helped me find my main water shut off line. Very helpful diagnostic
Christopher came out today to figure out why my kitchen sink would overflow when I wasn’t even using water. He checked the catch basin and brought me out to show me why that wasn’t the issue. Then he sketched out a diagram to explain where the clog likely exists and why the sink overflows randomly (from my perspective). Very friendly and helpful.
Great service but very expensive
Christopher is a great and very attentive plumber. Since the fee was about $350 per hour I can only hope Christopher's salary is 20% of that.
